Processing Time
In-stock orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Each piece is carefully packed by hand.
Preorders
If you ordered a preorder item, please allow 1–2 weeks for your piece to be made and shipped. Each item is handmade with care — trust us, it’s worth the wait. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey to you.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia!
International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International customers: Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees when it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your country’s government and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees incurred.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our studio, we are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
